e-cigarettes actually work!

Today I received my package of e-cigs (courtesy of one Mr. David Rivers).

I’m not going to exaggerate how good these are, but I must tell you, they are much better than I expected them to be.

I am a heavy smoker, that is.. I smoke two packs++ per day. I’ve had three real cigarettes today, (one upon waking up) and only two more since I started using the e-cigs.

The only time I’ve noticed an extreme craving for a real cigarette is after eating.

I can’t relate well enough how happy I am that these work. I’ve tried many times to quit in the past, and I am pretty convinced these will let me do that, finally.

I can’t even remember what its like to exercise at full lung capacity, haha.

So, anyway! A little more about the e-cigs… The brand is ‘blu-cigs’… and upon first opening and using them… I was not getting very much vapor from them, and was quite disappointed…

So I did what any self respecting nerd would do, I googled it. :P

What I found were a few tips & tricks videos, and one in particular which explained that by removing the thin layer of foil which blocks the nicotine pouch(In the filter piece) it allows more flow to the atomizer.

This worked wonders and this thing now puts out a respectable amount of vapor. So it essentially went from, ‘this is ok’ to ‘this is amazing’ with a little tweak.

Here is the tip video

These e-cigs may be a good support for giving up smoking, however, the key aspect is your will to give up and divert the cravings by taking up alternative activities. It is a tough road, but well worth it.

Excellent tip for the Blucigs brand. It seems that they just keep rolling out more and more electronic cigarette brands and its interesting to see each brand is trying to be distinctive amongst other e-cig brand counterparts. And its still early in the ecig industry!

of course electronic cigarettes work. That's why they are invented in order for people to shift to other sort of smoking habit but have lesser exposure to nicotine.
